We work with homebuilders in the metro Denver area – and individual clients.

For builders we will:

Meet with your homebuyers either at our showroom or your model home

Go over each room on a set of architectural plans to review pre-wire and equipment options

Give home buyers a list of the options they have chosen and a price before they leave the appointment

Upon approval and sign off of options – a CAD floor plan will be drawn and submitted to the homebuyer for approval and sign off

All documentation is submitted via email to BUILDER for their records.

Work is scheduled and completed per BUILDERS process.
